END OF LIFE FOR ISDN-British Telecom Announces

BT has announced the end of sales to new customers of ISDN service in 2020 and the end of life for their ISDN network in 2025. The millions of channels using the ISDN will have to be migrated before there is no more service.

WHAT DO I DO THEN?
SIP TRUNKING

SIP trunking is the simplest solution to replace ISDN. It streamlines business communications and makes use of an existing data connection instead of maintaining expensive, dedicated voice connections. As well as saving money, SIP trunking also provides other benefits like channel count flexibility and disaster recovery.

NO NEED TO RIP AND REPLACE

No immediate need to replace existing desk phones or the PBX. We got various telephony portfolio which includes VoIP gateways that can make existing equipment compatible with an all IP network. Plug and play technology means simple management and seamless connectivity.

WHAT IF I STILL PREFER A NEW PBX?

We still offer a fully-managed cloud-based PBX solution with a great feature set at an even greater price. Whether you prefer your communications on-premise or in the cloud we have got that available.
